The event, aiming to evoke the historic opening of this infrastructure, will begin at the Parterre and culminate at the viaduct itself. The organization is calling on citizens to participate dressed as working-class individuals, reflecting the reality of the majority of the population at the time, rather than as bourgeoisie.
The reenactment will start at 7:30 PM. For those interested in learning the details of the representation, an informational meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 8th, at 7:30 PM in the Ágora.

The Councilor for Tourism, Lorena Zamorano, has positively valued the involvement of the organizing parties and the sociocultural benefits this day will bring to the municipality.

For her part, the representative of the Alcoi Modernista Association, María José Lorenzo, explained that the event is the result of the collaboration of numerous associations.
The director of the reenactment, Jorge Hinojosa, detailed that the event will be divided into five theatricalized scenes and will feature actors such as Juan Javier Gisbert, Joan Gadea, Miguel Ángel Carrión, Juan Andrés Peidro, Conchi Doménech, Pep Sellés, Andrea Juan, Enric Aracil, Hermógenes Llopis, Óscar Martínez, Pepa Puchades, Pepa Miralles, Rosana Espinós, Dolo Martí, and Javi Gonzálvez. Hinojosa reiterated the request for attending public to dress as workers to faithfully reflect the reality of the working people of that era.
This activity counts with the collaboration of the Grup de Danses Carrascal, Asociación de Belenistas Santa Rosa, Sociedad El Trabajo, Unió Musical d'Alcoi, Amigos del Modernismo, Equitación Peluca, Asociación de Amas de Casa, Grup de Danses Sant Jordi, the CAEHA, and the makeup artist and hairdresser María Rosa Pons.
