The Municipal Brigade of Works and Services in L'Alcora will be responsible for assembling all the bullfighting structures, thus ensuring the normality and safety of the festivities. This solution was exceptionally arranged to ensure the barriers are installed on time, after the private company hired by the penyes withdrew its service due to criticism received on social media.
The municipal government team acted quickly to inform and coordinate with the affected penyes, launching a plan to enable the assembly. According to the council, additional professionals will be involved to ensure that "everything is ready with complete normality and safety".

Mayor Samuel Falomir confirmed that the penyes will recover 100% of the money paid to the outgoing company. Those who paid by bank transfer will receive the refund to the same account, while those who paid in cash can recover their money from next Tuesday at the El Didal shop. The assembly carried out by the municipal brigade will not incur any additional cost for the penyes, beyond the usual public space occupation fee of 60 euros, which has already been paid by most of them.
The City Council described this measure as "exceptional and unprecedented" due to the tight timeframe. For next year, contact with specialized companies will again be facilitated, and work will be done on modifying fiscal ordinances to potentially charge the real cost of the service if necessary, without profit motive.
Falomir thanked the penyes for their "understanding and collaboration" and highlighted the "predisposition and effort" of the municipal workers in response to this last-minute change.
