The council is seeking a concessionaire for the municipal sports center bar, which could operate for four years. Although the contract does not set a base tender budget (0 euros), it is estimated that the value generated during the concession period will be 176,656 euros, based on projected revenues.
The tender specifies that the awarded company must pay 5,876 euros (VAT included) to the council for the use of the municipal premises and a minimum annual fee of 233 euros for occupying municipal facilities. The Mutxamel City Council will cover water and electricity costs.
The bar-cafeteria, which does not have a kitchen and covers nine square meters plus a terrace, will offer drinks, tapas, rations, and sandwiches. In line with the sports environment, products such as isotonic drinks, natural juices, fresh fruit, sugar-free, and whole grain products will be prioritized. Alcohol sales are prohibited.
Opening hours during summer will be from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM Monday to Friday, closing at 10:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. In winter, weekday hours will be from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 3:45 PM to 11:30 PM, while weekends will be open continuously from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
