The annual investment for this service is estimated at 169,836 euros. This contract will cover various celebrations throughout the year, including the Carmen festivities in July, the Moors and Christians festivities in October, the medieval market also in October, and the Christmas and Three Kings period.
The tender specifications allow for flexibility in budget distribution among the different festivities, adapting to the specific needs of each event. The design of the decorative elements, such as arches and garlands, will require prior approval from the municipal technical services before manufacturing or installation.
The service will include daily preventive and corrective maintenance, with 24-hour personnel availability to handle any emergencies. Likewise, prompt repair of breakdowns and sufficient stock for spare parts will be guaranteed.
The lighting will primarily use low-consumption LED technology. Decorative elements will be distributed by zones and removed within a maximum of 15 days after each festivity concludes. Among the planned elements are signs with the name of the celebration, luminous arches, strings of lights, garland umbrellas, and Christmas motifs such as shooting stars and trees.
