Anastasia Bodnar Chopyk, a student at the UA, has been appointed as the program's ambassador. Her role will be to act as a liaison between EU Careers and the university community, disseminating calls for applications, selection procedures, and organizing informative activities about career paths in European institutions.
To prepare for this role, Bodnar attended a training event organized by EPSO in Luxembourg during October. There, she learned about the office's operations, selection processes, and internship options, as well as participating in workshops on communication, networking, and public speaking. The training also facilitated the exchange of experiences with ambassador students from other universities and with professionals from European institutions.
Throughout the academic year, the UA ambassador will share this knowledge with the institution's students, promoting actions to facilitate access to up-to-date information on vacancies, internships, and selection processes within the European Union. The program aims to increase the visibility of these career paths and strengthen their presence in universities across member states.
Updates and opportunities will be shared through the EU Careers at the University of Alicante Instagram account. Students can also contact the ambassador via email at eucareers.universidaddealicante@gmail.com. General information is available on the official EU Careers portal.
