The goal is for vocational training student teams to apply their knowledge, creativity, and teamwork skills to develop innovative and useful solutions for the local economy.
Interested companies can submit challenges covering any aspect of their operations, including internal processes, organization, communication, digitalization, customer service, marketing, or the development of new products and services.

The Local Development Councilor, María Amparo Maestre, has highlighted the importance of this two-way connection. She also encouraged businesses to present challenges they may have been wanting to address, emphasizing that the initiative focuses on real needs with practical application potential.
The program also aims to strengthen the link between education and the labor market. On one hand, it will allow students to gain firsthand knowledge of the operations and demands of businesses in their environment. On the other, it will facilitate contact between the business community and the future professionals who will soon enter the workforce.
