Elda City Council has launched the 'Muévete por Elda' campaign to highlight the network of public and private parking facilities, aiming to improve access to commercial areas.

The initiative, promoted by the Department of Commerce and Markets, seeks to improve accessibility to the city center and commercial hubs. The project highlights that shopping in the city is now easier thanks to the available parking, which includes nearly 700 free public spaces and almost 2,000 spaces in private parking lots.
To facilitate visit planning, a QR code has been enabled to consult a detailed map with all available parking zones. This tool includes both surface and underground parking, located at strategic points such as the Central Market, Plaza Ficia, or Plaza Mayor.
The campaign, which has the collaboration of the Generalitat Valenciana and various merchant associations, focuses on sustainability and time-saving. The goal is to reduce unnecessary travel within the urban area and allow citizens to spend more time walking and enjoying local hospitality.
