For the second consecutive year, Elda's Fallas will offer explanatory videos in sign language, accessible via a QR code included on posters placed at the Fallas monuments. This initiative, promoted by the Department of Social Welfare, aims to improve accessibility and equality for people with hearing disabilities.
The Councilor for Social Welfare, David Guardiola, explained that each Fallas commission will have a poster with the sketch of the monument, installed in a visible location. This poster will include a QR code that allows access to a detailed video on the Elda City Council's YouTube channel. The Official Fallas monument, located in the Plaza de la Constitución, will also have its corresponding poster.
