The Serra City Council has launched the comprehensive renovation of a section of La Pobleta street, a long-awaited project by residents that will modernize infrastructure and pavement.

The works, covering 140 linear meters, include the replacement of 730 square meters of pavement with new concrete slabs. Additionally, the underground sewage and drinking water networks will be completely renewed, installing new polyethylene pipelines with greater capacity.
This intervention has an investment of 270,000 euros, funded by the Open Investment Plan of the Diputación de Valencia. The execution of the works is estimated to take approximately five months.
The Diputación de Valencia has also approved the expansion of the municipal sports center. This improvement includes the creation of a pump track, with an investment of 48,932 €, and nearly 100,000 € allocated to the renovation of the playgrounds in the same sports center and in Plaça Del Dr. Marín.
In parallel, another significant project is being managed through the Open Investment Plan: the asphalting and paving of three key locations in the town. This investment, amounting to 171,180 euros, will be distributed between Avinguda La Serrà and Potrillos (with 125,180 € for the road surface renewal) and Plaça del Castell (with 46,000 € for pavement improvement).
