L'Eliana will mobilize on Sunday, November 8, for RunCáncer, a solidarity march organized by the Spanish Association Against Cancer with the collaboration of the City Council to raise funds for oncological research.

The initiative, supported by the L'Eliana City Council and local entities, invites citizens to take steps in the fight against this disease. The march will start at 11:00 AM from the Plaça del País Valencià with a non-competitive route of five kilometers.
Interested individuals can already purchase their bibs, with a donation of 5 euros, at four points of sale in the municipality: Joyería Bohemia, Clínica Ribera Salud (formerly Clínica Pasarela), Poliesportiu Municipal, and Centre Esportiu Mandor. The proceeds will go towards promoting oncological research through the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
The mayor, Salva Torrent, has encouraged residents to participate in this event, emphasizing that "Each bib represents a contribution to a common cause and an opportunity to show the municipality's support for people affected by cancer and their families."
