The Bétera City Council, through the Department of Social Rights, has prepared a comprehensive program of activities to celebrate Seniors' Month throughout October.

From October 1st, Bétera's seniors can enjoy a variety of workshops and activities. These include petanque championships and board games, dance classes, computer skills, mobile phone usage, maintenance gymnastics, lectures, and workshops on cooking, photography, virtual reality, self-care, and fit flamenco.
These activities are made possible through the collaboration of various entities and companies such as the Democratic Union of Pensioners (UDP) of Bétera, Adiper, Atenzia, IsiBenestar, Serunion, Cruz Roja, Sanitas Mayores, Colisée, VIVOFÁCIL Foundation, the Dance Group Pensat i Fet, and Merche Ferrer.
The closing event for Seniors' Month will take place on Friday, October 30th, at 6:00 PM, at the Espai Jove i d’Igualtat, with the celebration of the traditional Golden Anniversaries.
Activities will be held in various municipal venues: Casa Nebot, the “la Peña” Building, the Josefa Guardiola Municipal Nursery School, the Municipal Sports Center, the City Council's Plenary Hall, and the Espai Jove i d'Igualtat.
Registration will be open until one week before each activity. Sign-ups can be made at Casa Nebot (from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM), via WhatsApp at 699 93 92 56 (Adiper), and at the UDP (Josefa Guardiola School) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
