According to municipal sources, the facility will remain closed until cleaning tasks are completed and relevant tests are carried out. The goal is to verify that the water meets all health standards before allowing public access again.
While this work is underway, the rest of the sports complex continues its normal activity. Users can still use the small pool, as well as the showers and the area designated for sunbathing.
This is not the first time the facility has experienced such an incident. In June 2025, another issue forced a delay in the opening of the large pool, on that occasion due to spills that caused foam in the water.
