The Santa Pola City Council, in collaboration with the Provincial Council of Alicante, will organize the Regional Volunteer Days. The main objective is to give visibility to the associative fabric, promote citizen participation, and recognize the work of social and volunteer entities in the municipality.
The event will take place as an associative fair on the morning of Saturday, October 3rd. Each participating entity will have its own space to present its activities, projects, and services, and to bring its work closer to the citizens. The organization of workshops and activities related to each association's field of action will be particularly valued.
Interested entities must be registered in the Santa Pola City Council's Association Registry, keep their data updated, and have demonstrated activity over the last two years. Applications must be submitted by sending an email to participa@santapola.es by September 23rd.
There will be 22 available spaces, subject to the square's capacity. Sociosanitary entities will have priority. If the number of applications exceeds the available spaces, the possibility of grouping associations with similar purposes will be considered to facilitate participation.
In addition to the associative spaces, the days will include complementary activities for all audiences, such as inflatable castles, workshops, magic shows, and live music by a local band.
The Santa Pola City Council encourages associations to participate in this initiative, which aims to be a meeting point to showcase the diversity of the local associative fabric, generate synergies, and bring citizens closer to the resources they develop.
