The Elche City Council has implemented a special public transport service to the Martínez Valero stadium, affected by dual carriageway works on the main access roads.

Public transport lines F, K1, and K2 have been reinforced to facilitate stadium entry. For departures, specific routes towards the city center have been established from stops 356 and 320, operating until half an hour after matches conclude.
The aim of this measure is to significantly enhance mobility and safety, both for daily use and during Elche CF games and other major events held in the stadium's vicinity.
Deputy Mayor Francisco Soler indicated that for the initial league matches coinciding with the construction, such as the upcoming game on Sunday, August 23rd against FC Barcelona, fans will be able to park in their usual spots with relative normality.
During the execution of the various construction phases, traffic diversions and temporary signage will be put in place to minimize inconvenience to fans. These works, originally planned for completion by the end of the year, may experience delays.
Soler highlighted that the work is progressing "at a good pace." A key development includes the construction of a new road, Manuel Martínez Valero avenue, measuring 375 meters long and 26 meters wide, featuring four lanes, a central median, and sidewalks on both sides.
Concurrently, José Esquitino Sempere avenue will be built, approximately 410 meters long, also with four traffic lanes, a central median, parallel parking, and a 10-meter wide pedestrian promenade. The project extends to the boundary of sector E-24, linking with future urban development.
The project also incorporates the creation of two new roundabouts to improve traffic flow, enhance road safety, and facilitate stadium access.
