Researchers from the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) will present the COGNITRAIN project tomorrow, October 23rd, at 6:00 PM, at the La Hoya Social Center in Elche. This project is a cognitive training system based on artificial intelligence and the analysis of brain activity.

The COGNITRAIN project, driven by the Brain-Machine Interface Systems Lab research group at the UMH, uses electroencephalography (EEG) signals to design a cognitive training system, particularly focused on older adults. The aim is to stimulate neural connections and promote active aging through interactive games.
The presentation will include an interactive demonstration of the system, which seeks to enhance neuroplasticity and offer a new tool for maintaining cognitive abilities in seniors.
