The Applied Psychology Center of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) is participating in PROCORE, a program for the prevention and promotion of emotional well-being aimed at young people aged 18 to 29.

PROCORE, driven by the University of Jaén in collaboration with the UMH and other universities, aims to facilitate the early detection of emotional difficulties such as anxiety and depression. The goal is to offer evidence-based psychological resources to prevent their onset or worsening.
The program offers students an initial, online, and free assessment of their emotional well-being. If they present certain risk levels, participants have the possibility to access a free preventive program of 8 online group sessions.
PROCORE also provides practical strategies for managing emotions, coping with stress, improving resilience, and developing personal skills.
