The consultancy Lean Finance has joined as a sponsor for the 16th Start-up Creation Marathon at the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) of Elche, strengthening its Science Park program.

The consultancy specializing in financial, accounting, and tax services for SMEs and start-ups, Lean Finance, has joined the network of sponsors and collaborating entities for the Start-up Creation Marathon at the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) in Elche. This new alliance strengthens the program of the UMH Science Park (PCUMH), which already has over fifteen partners.
As a central part of the collaboration, Lean Finance will award different prizes in this 16th edition of the UMH Marathon. It will grant an economic prize of 3,000 euros to the project selected as the most innovative and/or with the greatest scalability potential. Likewise, it will offer all winning projects a 50% discount for the first three months on its tax and accounting advisory services, in addition to a reduction in the applicable fee for the service of securing financing through ENISA loans.
The firm, an expert in advising on accessing public funding, preparing investment rounds, and personalized financial consulting, thus contributes to emerging companies being able to plan their growth. With its participation in the PCUMH network, Lean Finance consolidates its commitment to the business fabric and the consolidation of innovative new business models.
The UMH Marathon is an incubation program that combines strategic mentoring, sector-specific advice, start-up creation training, and funding to boost project launches. It also offers, among other services, legal, communication, and infrastructure support. As a novelty in this 16th edition, support will be provided for agile digital prototyping development such as websites, apps, or platforms, as well as training in No/low code tools, from the automation and artificial intelligence school NocodeHackers. This initiative has 50,000 euros and other special prizes, sponsored by representative companies and entities from the most important sectors of the province.
