Professors from the Department of Histology and Anatomy at the UMH have initiated this event, held at the Severo Ochoa building on the Sant Joan d’Alacant campus. During the gala, students from seven different degree programs were honored for achieving one or even two distinctions in relevant subjects during the 2025-2026 academic year.
The gala featured the collaboration of Carmen Castelain, a representative from Elsevier, who presented the awards. The event was aimed at first and second-year students in the degrees of Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Medicine, Podiatry, and Occupational Therapy, as well as first-year students in Management, Technology, and Fashion.
This inaugural edition aims to highlight the effort, dedication, and merit of the university's most outstanding students.
