The Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) has organized a training day for students of the degrees in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration (DADE). The main objective was to connect students with the various professional opportunities arising from their studies and to emphasize the importance of financial literacy. The group was accompanied by vice-deans Mónica González Morales and María del Carmen Ortiz del Valle, along with the vice-dean of Projection from the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences of Elche, Pedro Angosto.
The session began at the College of Economists of Alicante, where students learned about the career opportunities available after completing their studies. The fundamental role of this institution in the development and support of professionals in the economic and business fields was also highlighted. Subsequently, the delegation moved to the Bank of Spain's premises in the city, where they attended a talk focused on financial education.
This visit coincided with the celebration of the Financial Education Day, themed this year 'Save. Invest. Advance.'. This initiative reinforces the commitment of UMH's Double Degree in DADE to practical training, establishing a direct link between students and key institutions for their professional future. The experience enriches the DADE curriculum beyond the classroom, connecting academic theory with institutional reality and the job market.
