Students from the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration (DADE) and the Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) have undertaken a guided tour of the Senate, at its headquarters in Madrid. The activity is part of the university's educational program.
The group of students was accompanied during the tour by the dean of the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences of Elche at UMH, Carmen Victoria Escolano, as well as by the vice-deans of the Degree, Mónica González and José Antonio García, and the Coordinator of Projection, Pedro L. Angosto.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to see emblematic spaces such as the Plenary Hall, the Library, and the old cloisters, which are currently used as halls with different attributions. The Senate, along with the Congress of Deputies, forms the Cortes Generales, thus establishing a bicameral Parliament.
