The event, now in its second year, aims to acknowledge the journey of couples celebrating 50 years of shared life, building a history based on love, commitment, and coexistence. The initiative was launched last year with tributes in the districts of La Murada and La Matanza, intending to bring this recognition closer to residents in the municipality's rural areas.
This time, the celebration will take place in the district of Virgen del Camino, specifically at its senior center, starting at 6:30 PM. The organization intends to continue this proposal and gradually extend it to other districts, as was communicated to all of them to offer the opportunity to participate in this tribute.
After receiving the requested information within the established deadline, Virgen del Camino was selected as the district to host this second celebration. The event will bring together the honored couples, their families, and residents of the district for a day of coexistence and recognition.
During the ceremony, a public tribute will be paid to the participating couples, and they will be presented with a commemorative gift.
