The objective of these actions is to evaluate the response capacity of municipal services, check the effectiveness of internal resources, and verify coordination between the different teams involved in a risk situation. During the process, the operation of communication protocols and the management of available resources will be monitored to ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
The exercises involve personnel from the Local Police, Civil Protection, the Lifeguard and Rescue Service, and municipal technical staff. Security, rescue, and first aid tests are being carried out in areas such as Cala Capitán, La Glea, Cala Estaca, Punta Prima, Mil Palmeras, Barranco Rubio, Aguamarina, and La Caleta.
Furthermore, Wednesday's session will focus on environmental drills, which will take place in the areas of Barranco Rubio, Aguamarina, and La Caleta. These practices will allow for the analysis of procedures regarding potential environmental incidents and improve the detection and management of such situations in the municipality's natural spaces.
