The Orihuela City Council's Department of Education has successfully completed comprehensive improvement works on the dance studio at the Municipal Dance School, restoring the space to optimal safety and functionality.

The project, overseen by councilor Vicente Pina, involved a complete renovation of the studio's flooring. The previous wooden platform floor had deteriorated, posing a risk to users and hindering the normal practice of teaching and artistic activities.
The works included surface regularization with self-leveling mortar and the installation of a new continuous technical floor suitable for dance. Complementary safety and waste management tasks were also carried out.
Vicente Pina visited the facilities to assess the outcome, which has been positively received by users. The councilor emphasized the importance of improving municipal facilities for artistic training, providing a safe and quality space for classes.
Students can now enjoy a completely renovated studio with a safe and functional floor. The intervention covered approximately 80.50 square meters, with minimal disruption to the school's operations. The total budget for the project was 8,530.78 euros, including VAT.
