The work, featuring music by Juanjo Villarroya and text by Anna Fonollosa, has received grants from the Institut Valencià de Cultura and SGAE Music Creation Incentives. Fischer is the first professional production with contemporary dance made in Benicarló, and includes the participation of choreographer Toni Jodar and dance performer Julia Irango.
The plot narrates the story of a woman who, after a close loss, embarks on a flight to preserve the past. Actress Clara Cols plays the lead role, accompanied by a dancer who acts as an echo of her family's ancestors. The live music is performed by Inés Borràs (piano), Leo Tejedor (guitar), and Fàtima Hidalgo (saxophone), regular musicians in Imaginary Landscape productions.
The scenography, lighting, and graphic design reinforce the idea of moving and preserving personal belongings. The piece's poster, composed of small, individually wrapped objects, reflects a patient and artisanal creative process, without the use of artificial intelligence. Fischer addresses memory and the evocative power of objects, aiming to connect with the audience through an everyday story told in an innovative way in Valencian.
